Because our products include immediate access to downloadable digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate written refund policy.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Integrity Law (a subsidiary of American Institute of Law) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, downloadable educational materials, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using our Services, you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  1. Educational Purpose Only

Our materials provide educational information about legal topics. The classes and other materials are designed solely for educational purposes and are not accrediteddo not provide academic creditdo not qualify participants for admission to any bar, and do not constitute legal education required for licensure unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in our materials constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or creates an attorney-client relationship.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase or use our materials.

By using the Services, the buyer represent that they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  1. Course Access

Upon purchase, the buyer will receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased materials for their personal educational use only.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Downloads may be accessed only by the purchaser.
  • Access may be limited by time or number of downloads.
  • We reserve the right to update or replace course materials without notice.
  1. No Professional Certification

Completion of any course does not:

  • confer a degree;
  • provide college or university credit;
  • satisfy continuing legal education (CLE) requirements unless specifically identified;
  • qualify any person to practice law; or
  • create any professional certification.

Any certificates of completion issued are solely evidence that a participant completed the educational program.

  1. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, PDFs, handouts, worksheets, quizzes, graphics, text, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to the American Institute of Law and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • copy;
  • reproduce;
  • modify;
  • distribute;
  • sell;
  • sublicense;
  • publicly display;
  • upload to file-sharing websites;
  • post on social media;
  • use for commercial training; or
  • create derivative works

without our prior written permission.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • share login credentials;
  • redistribute downloadable materials;
  • upload course materials to AI training datasets without permission;
  • circumvent security measures;
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
  • interfere with website operation;
  • violate applicable laws while using the Services.
  1. Payments

All prices are listed in US Currency.

Payment is due at the time of purchase through our approved payment processors.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without affecting completed purchases.

  1. Refund Policy

  • harass or abuse others;
  • impersonate another person or entity.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Institute of Law disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee any particular educational, professional, financial, or legal outcome from using our classes and materials.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Institute of Law and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms; or
  • your violation of applicable law.

Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon and Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements relating to the subject matter.
